Before I approached Viva I knew that I wanted a Lifetime Mortgage but I needed financial advice, explanation of possible downfalls and an expert comparison of all the companies that offer Lifetime Mortgages.  When I met the adviser, he went through all of the pros and cons and asked many questions about my personal situation.  He explained everything so well it was easy to understand.
