David Grasham

Having spent my early working years of life abroad, as a property manager I returned to the UK in 2004 to work as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser. I am fully qualified in equity release through The Chartered Insurance Institute and began working as an equity release adviser in 2018. I am delighted to have joined Viva Retirement Solutions. Their holistic and ethical approach to advising on equity release is in line with my own views and I am proud to have joined an award-winning team.

I really enjoy working with people, listening to their priorities and objectives, and helping them to establish if equity release is right for them. Helping people achieve their goals in retirement with equity release and working with them through every stage of the process, is the most rewarding aspect of my job.

In my spare time I am a very keen cyclist and have taken part in numerous charity events with the British Heart Foundation, cycling off road from London to Paris. I also enjoy running and have completed a few marathons and half marathons. I was once lucky enough to have run the London Marathon.
