James Jarrold

My career in Financial Services has spanned 25 years and a few fulfilling roles including sales and account management for leading compliance specialist consultancies, regulatory authorisation, and business development for financial advice firms.

Most recently I have settled happily as a later life lending adviser in the retirement lending sector, and I hope to stay in this sector for as long as possible now as I feel this is where my strengths in helping people really come into their own. Working as a self-employed adviser, I help clients with all matters relating to retirement lending solutions and always place my clients at the centre of the journey and offer holistic advice across the entire market. I get no greater satisfaction than helping my clients achieve their objectives from gifting, to home improvements as well as remortgages. I listen to my clients’ aspirations and tailor my advice around these needs.

I live in the Northwest of England with my wife and four children and enjoy many hobbies including keeping fit, music, gardening and tropical fish keeping.
