Mark Lambert

I have been specialising in equity release and lifetime mortgages for over two decades and over this time have helped hundreds of customers release over £30 million of equity from their property. I pride myself in making sure my knowledge is always kept up to date and am the technical author with the LIBF (London Institute of Banking & Finance) for their equity release exam.  

Although no longer advising, I instil in all of our advisers the same ethos as I had - if a Lifetime Mortgage or equity release plan is not right for their customer, we will tell them what they should be doing instead to help them achieve their objectives in the most cost efficient way possible.

I am also an active member with the Equity Release Council, helping to shape the future of this important area of financial planning based on my own customer experiences.

Lastly, I am a graduated member of the Answers in Retirement Later Life Academy which is accredited by the LIBF.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife and children, DIY and working on my classic mini.
