Mark Lambert

I have been advising members of the public since October 2003, specialising in equity release since October 2005 with one of the largest providers of Equity Release in the UK. During my time as a Lifetime Mortgage and Equity Release specialist I have helped hundreds of customers release over £30,000,000 of equity from their property.

I pride myself in giving good financial advice.  If a Lifetime Mortgage or releasing equity from your property is not right for you, I will tell you what you should be doing instead to help you achieve your objectives in the most cost efficient way possible.

I am also on the Equity Release Council's Advisory Panel, helping to shape the future of this important area of financial planning based on my own customer experiences and have recently been heavily involved with the LIBF (London Institute of Banking & Finance) helping to re-write their study material for their equity release qualification.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife and children and working on my classic mini.
