Stonebridge Awards 2024 - Winner Business Quality Award
We were honoured to win the Business Quality Award (Best Large Firm) at The annual Stonebridge Conference. Having won this for the 2nd year running is particularly pleasing and testament to our fantastic advisers who always put our clients first.
Later Life Lending Awards 2023 - Best Large Advisory Firm
Following our win last year in the inaugural Later Life Lending Awards from Air we were over the moon to again win the Best Large Advisory Firm Awards.
This event celebrates and recognises the very best advisers, lenders and stakeholders from across the later life industry. It is the only inclusive event of its kind to cover the full range of later life propositions and reflecting the industry definition and development of the concept of later life lending.

Just Group, Vulnerable Customer Awards 2023
We are very proud to announce that one of our advisers, Steff Miles has been Highly Commended in the July Group Vulnerable Customer Awards, Up Close and personal Category.
This is the third year of the Vulnerable Customer Awards and they are the UK's only ones to recognise the outstanding efforts our financial services industry goes to to support their clients in vulnerable circumstances.

This event celebrates and recognises the very best advisers, lenders and stakeholders from across the later life industry. It is the first inclusive event of its kind to cover the full range of later life propositions and reflecting the new industry-adopted definition of later life lending.
Equity Release Awards 2022 - Best Financial Adviser
We were overjoyed to be awarded yet again the Best Financial Adviser (6-19 advisers) at the 2022 Equity Release Awards. We have now won this award seven times.
It was so fantastic to be able to celebrate this award in person as a team, after all the virtual awards (that we also won!) last year.
The judges were quoted as saying "the commitment to work for the industry and consumer outcomes sealed the deal".
Mortgage Strategy Awards 2020
A slightly different way to win this award for he Best Broker for Equity Release at the Mortgage Strategy Awards. This was won during lockdown through a virtual online award ceremony, but what a thrill to win this award again and beat off some very stiff competition with much bigger players in the market. Showing that your strong personal service ethos is a winning formula.

Equity Release Awards 2020 - Best Financial Adviser
For this sixth year in a row we are delighted to have received this award. In 2020 we received this award virutally via Zoom, and now with 13 Advisers maintaining our high customer service standards has never been more important. Thanks to everyone who has supported us.
When receiving the awards the judges were quoted as saying this 'was an almost unanimous decision', 'this firm just moves up another gear each year', 'they're just so open and postitive towards industry issues, which aren't necessarily their focus', 'they continue to evolve every year and are very proactive in how they do that'. High praise indeed for us, but we are committed to developing our high levels of service even further.

Equity Release Awards 2019
As Viva Retirement Solutions continue to grow we were pleased to be awarded the Equity Release – Best Financial Adviser 6-19 advisers, a change in company size category. The National Equity Release Awards Dinner were held at the Kensington Park Plaza on November 21st 2019. This is the 5th year in a row that we have won this award and we are pleased that our commitment to quality service is recognised as we have now grown to eight advisers nationwide.

Equity Release and Moneyfacts Awards 2018
Viva Retirement were honoured to be awarded the Equity Release – Best Adviser 0-5 advisers award at the recent National Equity Release Awards Dinner which was held at the Kensington Park Plaza on November 22nd 2018. This is the 4th year in a row that we have managed to win this award and is a great testament to the advice and service levels that we uphold. This is especially pleasing as we have embedded two new advisers who have worked hard to maintain the standards that have been set previously.

The British Mortgage Awards 2018
Following from the success of Paul in 2017, Mark Lambert was announced as the winner of the Best Equity Release Broker at the highly prestigious British Mortgage Awards in 2018. The judges were impressed with not only the service Mark provides to his clients, but also his level of dedication for working with lenders and the Equity Release Council in order to support the growth of the whole of the Equity Release sector.
Mortgage Strategy Awards 2019
Viva Retirement Solutions were proud to be shortlisted for the Mortgage Strategy Awards 2019. The awards ceremony took place at The Grosvenor Hotel in London on Tuesday 26th March 2019.
The Viva directors said “This is a great achievement and shows our consistency to our clients for be shortlisted for these awards yet again. The fact that we have been recognised in the wider conventional market is a testament to our ethos, and values. This is great work that is being carried out by all of our valued advisers.”

British Mortgage Awards 2017
It is with great pride that we can announce that Paul Saroya has won the Best Broker for Equity Release in 2017 at The British Mortgage Awards. Giving the best advice is in the DNA of our advisers and this award really does show a significant amount of recognition from leading industry experts that the way we treat our clients and the advice we give is second to none. Moneyfacts - Investment Life & Pensions Awards
We are pleased to announce that we have been given the title of “Highly Commended” at the recent Investment Life and Pensions Moneyfacts Awards in September 2017. There were several companies shortlisted for this award and so the competition was very tight. This is indeed high praise from the wider market and we are especially pleased as it shows that Equity Release is being taken seriously for client consideration in the wealth and pensions sectors.
Equity Release Awards 2016
Following on from last years recognition as winners of the 2015 Best Adviser Award (fewer than 20 employees), we have yet again become winners of this category in one of the most prestigious and recognised awards ceremonies in the Equity Release Market.
We are particularly proud to have achieved this honour in a category where the number of employees can be up to 20.
Hosted by Mortgage Solutions, who launched the inaugural Equity Release Awards in 2005, they continue to support and recognise the increasing importance of this key sector and the excellence of the providers and financial advisers who serve their customers within it.
Nominations were received from all areas of the industry including the providers of the Lifetime Mortgages, specialist Equity Release solicitors, advisers from other companies and even some clients.

Equity Release Awards 2014
When we started Viva Retirement Solutions in July 2013 our ambition was to create a company that exceeded client expectations and offered added value to what can sometimes be viewed as an expensive product. We feel that we have achieved both of these ambitions.

We complete a means tested benefit analysis for every client, often highlighting benefits that they are entitled to which they didn't know about.

Our fees are never higher than £750 and this is only ever paid on completion meaning that if our clients don’t take out a Lifetime Mortgage for whatever reason, then there is no charge.

We provide a free Will on completion. You can read more about it here . To our knowledge we are the only company offering this free additional service.
The 2014 awards took place on Tuesday 24th November 2014 at the Merchant Taylors' Hall in London.
