I have have been involved with advising members of the public since 1998 with many years of industry experience with Aviva, formerly Norwich Union. I truly believe in putting you the client first and have built up numerous lifetime clients who are so happy with my help that they ask me to look after their friends and relatives too!
I have been advising members of the public since October 2003, specialising in equity release since October 2005 with one of the largest providers of Equity Release in the UK. During my time as a Lifetime Mortgage and Equity Release specialist I have helped hundreds of customers release over £30,000,000 of equity from their property.
I'm a Diploma qualified Lifetime Mortgage specialist who is proud to work for Viva Retirement Solutions, an award winning Equity Release/Lifetime Mortgage advice company. I am a graduated member of the Answers in Retirement Later Life Academy. I have been giving advice to clients since 2000 on releasing equity from their homes, which I truly believe has changed their lives.
I have worked in Financial Services for 25 years and have a wealth of experience in all areas of financial planning. I am fully qualified and enjoying providing a personal service to suit my clients needs. My experience with Equity Release and Lifetime Mortgages goes back 18 years.
I have worked in Financial Services for 33 years and have a wealth of experience in all areas of financial planning. I am fully qualified and strive to understand my client’s needs and objectives before finding the right solution(s) for them.
Prior to joining Viva Retirement Solutions, I worked for the world’s largest building society; Nationwide, for 32 years. Putting customers at the heart of everything I do matches perfectly with Viva’s service ethos, and I am delighted to have the opportunity of advising our clients as to how they can achieve their later life aspirations.
I have been working in the financial services advisory sector for nearly 40 years with a key focus on providing quality advice to clients to meet their needs. I have extensive experience of the mortgage industry but more latterly, following my retirement from a long career in banking, I have turned my attention to advising the over 55’s who wish to use their housing wealth to meet a wide range of needs.
I have worked in the financial sector for 20 years and have gained a wealth of experience in client services and delivering solutions that best suits a client’s needs. I feel very proud to have joined such an experienced and highly regarded team and I am really looking forward to the challenge faced in resolving key issues around later life.
I have worked in the property and finance markets for the past 17 years and have seen many changes to both industries in that time. I hold certificates of excellence in mortgages CeMAP and equity release CeRER. My attention was drawn to the equity market three years ago when a raft of product changes made it the excellent solution it is today.
I have been working in the financial service industry for 20 years from managing building society branches, training new mortgage advisers, to the fundamental compliance structure before going back to my love of working directly with clients. My journey through this industry has highlighted my passion for delivering the best later life mortgage service I can, as the job is so rewarding.
My career in Financial Services began in Mortgages and Pure Protection. I am now fully focused on the Equity Release and Later Life sector, providing advice on Lifetime Mortgages as well as other areas that tend to become more important to clients over time such as estate planning, wills and trusts.
I am truly Honoured and delighted to be working with Viva Retirement Solutions, their reputation in the industry is second to none! When I started my search for a new company to call my home, I wanted more than anything to work with likeminded people, real people that put their clients’ needs and wants above the ££.
Having spent my early working years of life abroad, as a property manager I returned to the UK in 2004 to work as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser. I am fully qualified in equity release through The Chartered Insurance Institute and began working as an equity release adviser in 2018. I am delighted to have joined Viva Retirement Solutions. Their holistic and ethical approach to advising on equity release is in line with my own views and I am proud to have joined an award-winning team.
My career in the financial services market started way back & has stretched for over 20 years in varying different roles from basic admin, insurance claims to mortgage underwriting. Having been a qualified Mortgage Advisor for many years with a wealth of knowledge & experience, I more recently took the leap into Equity Release, as the market is ever evolving & continues to do so.
Over the past 27 years I have worked across the whole spectrum of financial services. I moved into equity release 4 years ago as the thought of being able to help people live their best lives in retirement really appealed to me.
I am delighted to have joined the very highly regarded Viva where putting the client at the heart of what we do to achieve the best outcomes for them is paramount.
I have been working in the Financial Services industry for over 35 years putting the client at the heart of everything I do and providing quality advice and world class service to meet their needs.I have experience of working within the mainstream mortgage and protection industry but after gaining CeMAP and CeRER qualifications with distinctions I moved into the role of Equity Release Adviser.
I have been in financial services for over 12 years and decided several years ago that I wanted to specialise in later life and equity release advice, because I love how rewarding it is to help people over 55 achieve life changing financial goals by accessing the equity in their homes. My clients are always so grateful for my help, and I am proud to work with Viva, whose values and dedication to providing great advice solutions align with the ethics I pride myself on in helping my customers.
Having worked in financial services for over 30 years, as a manager, underwriter, and Specialist Mortgage Adviser for Nationwide Building Society, I know the importance of exceptional customer service and delivering on expectations which is why I put customers at the heart of everything I do.
