The criteria for this category is that brokerages need to have surpassed sales targets, continued to keep customers happy and to promote equity release as a sector. They should also ensure that the client is always given the best advice and understands the product.
This is at the ethos of everything that we do her at Viva and one of our Director's, Paul Saroya is a member of the new Equity Release Council Standard Committee. This clearly demonstrates how committed we are to driving this sector forward to improve standards in equity release across the board.
