Viva Retirement Solutions are proud to have reached our 10 year anniversary, having started with just two advisers and are now currently at 17! You can meet all our team members here. We recently celebrated with an event at The Sunborn Yacht Hotel where we were able to bring together our team members from across the UK as well as many of the major players in the equity release industry.
During this 10 year period, Viva have arranged 1,669 plans, released over £200m of initial funds and have put in place over £52m of drawdown facilities.
Viva are an active member of The Equity Release Council and we have been heavily involved in the Competency Framework and the new 5th standard. Our commitment to driving the equity release market forward is one of the driving forces behind the business.
