Paul provided an excellent service. Our initial conversation covered the basic points raised by myself. A meeting was soon made giving a clear/concise outline of these products. All questions were answered fully. I felt I was able to contact Paul if a question arose at anytime. All documentation from Viva was explained.

My Equity Release how come through and I would like to say how wonderful Paul Saroya at Viva was/is. His explanation at our face-to-face meeting was very clear and explicit and he was very patient. The whole process was totally painless and went through so much more quickly than I had anticipated. A friend told me that many people she knows have been through it and for them it has taken ages with two steps forward and one back. Not so for me going through Paul.
